How to use binders healthily?
Limit the time of use. You should not wear the binder for periods longer than 8 hours and you should not sleep in it. You must have rest spaces from the use of the binder and days of the week in which you do not use them.
Avoid using it while exercising. When exercising it is very important that your body can move freely and that you can breathe deeply.
Use the one that works for you. Make sure the one you use is your size. The ideal binder lets you breathe normally and allows air circulation.
Use the right materials. Do not use plastic, tape, or bandages as these materials cause damage to the skin,
Use the binder less if you plan to operate on your chest. Using a binder can affect the elasticity of the skin, so it can make the operation more difficult.
Listen to your body. If you feel pain or have difficulty breathing, stop using your binder.
