The All Out 5K is a 3.1-mile family run that celebrates the diversity of Puerto Rico's LGBTQIA+ community. You can run, walk or dance to the finish line. This is True Self Foundation's main fundraising event.

The race has been held in the Jaime Benítez National Park in both 2018 and 2019. After two years without holding the event due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in 2022 we held the All Out 5K in DISTRICT T -Mobile.

The event was animated by Peter Hornedo, Norwill Fragoso, Josean Vargas, Bryan Villarini and Alexander Torres. The music was provided by DJ Jaime Soto, DJ Extassy and DJ Boohype. The artistic program included the Kamikaze Band, Bri La Pelúa, Fofé and Los Fetiches and Yaire. We also have prominent drag queens such as Angelina Bee, Anana Velvet, Sapphire Bee, Alexandra Duvont, Dixie Bee, Sasha Fiercee Collinwood and Amalara Sofía.
